{"id":3720,"date":"2017-09-14T11:05:51","date_gmt":"2017-09-14T11:05:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.paymentfacilitator.com\/?p=3720"},"modified":"2022-02-24T22:10:27","modified_gmt":"2022-02-24T22:10:27","slug":"global-payments-acquires-isv-news-roundup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/infinicept.com\/payment-facilitator\/archive\/global-payments-acquires-isv-news-roundup\/","title":{"rendered":"Global Payments Acquires ISV: News Roundup"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Global Payments completed its acquisition this week, Londoners got a new mobile app for travel, and RBR released a new forecast for the growth of card usage worldwide.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Global Payments announced that it had completed its acquisition of the communities and sports divisions of ISV ACTIVE Network.<\/strong> The companies announced the pending acquisition in August.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cubic Transportation Systems and Transport for London (TfL) have launched a mobile ticketing app for users of TfL\u2019s Oyster cards.<\/strong> Oyster cards hold travelers\u2019 credit and passes for travel across London\u2019s transportation network, including rail, bus and tube.<\/p>\n<p>The app was developed by Cubic for TfL.
